Prior to this, he has held various positions such as partner, director and vice President in various insurtech companies which includes Assuretech Business Solutions, 3i Infotech, Insyst Business Solutions. Raj holds a MBA in Finance and Marketing. As a thought Leader, he has spearheaded Insurtech verticals starting from creation of Products with cutting edge technologies, Quality delivery with aggressive deadlines, Successful project closures and complete account management in helping the customers outdo their competition.
Gaurav is the Managing Partner with AJMS’s Governance Risk and Compliance department. He has extensive international professional experience of over 15 years in Insurance, Consultancy, VAT Compliance, Banking and Operations, spread across institutions in the Gulf. Prior to joining the AJMS team, he was the Chief Financial Officer in a wholesale Bank. Responsibilities included: Ensuring compliance with Central Bank regulations and IFRS standards. Developing and obtaining board approval for Business plan and financial budgets. Analyzing financial results to each month-end. Streamlining process by implementing effective internal controls over accounting and financial reporting processes.
Rishav is a fellow actuary of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, U.K and is currently based in London. Rishav is an insurance professional with nearly 10 years of experience in insurance and consulting in U.K, U.S, Australia and Europe. His clients include global (re) insurance companies, Lloyd’s syndicates, banks, underwriting agencies and managing general agents. He provides financial and strategic advice in relation to regulatory developments ike IFRS 17, Solvency II, IFRS , UK GAAP, US GAAP, and AASB 1023. Rishav also brings multiple lenses across actuarial disciplines such as mergers and acquisition, actuarial reporting, claims reserving, capital management, insurance pricing, and enterprise risk management. In recent years, Rishav has developed a strong interest in Financial Services artificial intelligence, predictive modelling, data science and digital transformation of insurance companies.
Satish is the CEO of Remitex Technologies, a group company of AJMS Group. He is a seasoned banking professional with over 30 years of experience in Retail Banking, Corporate Finance, remittances and related fields in Banks, FI and Exchange House. He brings with him compliance and banking knowledge to the company. He has been involved in Business Process Management and in setting up techno savvy products in past assignments.

He has worked with Infosys, PwC, KPMG and Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), Government of Dubai. He has led Actuarial and Finance Functions in multiple companies, overseeing tasks such as Reserving, Regulatory reporting, and IFRS 17 implementations across MENA and Africa.
